Paddy was my Dad and he had a saying, "Its nice to be nice and it costs nothing". My Dad lived for 2 years after my Mam died and he found it very hard. He was married to my Mam for 46 years. They had their ups and downs but they loved one another. He died of cancer of the mouth even the day he died, which was his birthday, he still wanted a fag even though he could not taste it. He has 4 children my brothers JD and Patrick, my sister Bridie and I. I miss my Dad but I am glad he is with my Mam now and hopefully he has met up with his brothers and sisters and also my babies that died in infancy.
